How much are your videography packages?

Our videography packages start at $3300.

You’ll also get a discount if you book our Photo Booth at the same time.

What can we expect from you on the day?

Just like your photographer, we will be by your side for most of the day capturing all the special moments & details as they unfold.
Our style is mostly candid, which means we sit back and video your day as it happens, occasionally stepping in if we need a better angle or get some artistic inspiration!

Do you offer photography?

We don’t do photography ourselves, but we are currently offering a discount if you book Dani Bartlett Photography to work alongside us.

Like us, Dani’s style is bright & colourful and we have worked together many times, making for a seamless photography & videography experience. You can check out her website at www.danibartlett.com

Of course, there are also many other photographers we love working with and we can also send you a list of our favs!

How do you capture audio?

We capture the audio for your Ceremony & Speeches by getting a line out of the main PA systems. If this isn’t possible, we have lapel microphones & other recording devices that we have used in many creative ways to ensure the best possible audio!

Can we meet you before our wedding day?

Absolutely, we don’t require a meeting on our end, but are more than happy to schedule a coffee/ drinks catch up to go over your wedding plans.

A Zoom call is also a good option in these turbulent times!

We send out our questionnaire 6-8 weeks before your wedding day, so we recommend meeting after you have had a chance to read through this.

How long until we see our videos?

You can expect to see your Sneak Peek within 1-3 weeks of your wedding date (depending on package booked), and we aim to have your final gallery delivered by the 10 week mark. This may be longer in peak or holiday periods, but we will keep you up to date if the expected delivery time changes.

Can we choose our own music for our videos?

Due to copyright laws, we are unable to use commercial music for your Sneak Peek, Cinematic Highlight, or any other videos you wish to share online.

We have subscriptions to music sites for music we can license to use. We do take into account your music tastes and the general style/ vibe of your wedding day when we pick songs for your video.

If you consider yourselves music buffs, and the music selection is important to you, we are more than happy to send you a link to our music catalogue to pick out some tunes.

What videos do we get in our package?

All of our packages include the following:

Full Ceremony Video
Full Speeches Video
Cinematic Highlight Video OR Documentary Highlight Video (length of Highlight video depends on package booked)

What is the difference between a Cinematic Highlight & Documentary Highlight?

Cinematic Highlight: A 5-8 minute video clip featuring the best, shareable moments of your wedding day, set to licensed music, carefully intertwined with highlights of your vows & speeches.

Documentary Highlight: A 10-20 minute video clip featuring everything that happened on your day in chronological order, set to 3-6 different songs.

If you are only intending to use your Documentary Highlight for private viewing, we are also happy for you to give us a list of songs you would like used from your wedding day.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes, Drone Footage can be added on to any of our packages. Drone use is subject to weather & CASA restrictions.

Can we have the raw footage?

Yes, we do offer the raw footage on a hard drive as an add on to purchase.

Raw footage is delivered on the condition that it is for private use only and final video edits have been viewed and approved.

Raw Footage is available for purchase for up to 6 months after your wedding day.

Many videographers don’t offer this, but we realise there are some parts of your day that may not make your highlights video, but you would still like to have as a memory (All 4 minutes of the Eagle Rock anyone?)

What happens if you are sick on our wedding day?

Not to worry – we have an amazing team of videographers and we have all been working together for years, we all use the same equipment, and no matter which combo of us you get you can expect the same great quality & artistic flair! You can read all about our crew here on our "About" page.

In an absolute worst case scenario (say we all happen to attend an event where a highly infectious disease is present), we are also part of a great network of Adelaide Videographers and we all help each other out covering each other's gigs.

How will you deliver our videos? And what happens if we misplace them?

We use an online gallery delivery system, which is super easy to use for viewing, sharing & downloading, looks great & is good for the environment!

Once your gallery is delivered you can download your videos and distribute them however you like (USBs, digital photo frames etc.)

These galleries are online & accessible for 10 years, but we suggest downloading and backing up your videos straight away so you don’t forget later!
We also keep back up copies of your final videos on 2 separate devices.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure the date of your wedding, this is a booking fee that is deducted from the total price of your package. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your wedding date.
